A meer richting verwijten -enthousiast, focus. (sfeer; wat wil ik) associëren.

B meer achterdochtig, verward of nieuwsgierig, verkennen. (sfeer; wie ben ik, waar sta ik) dissociëren.

C meer richting afwijzen - accepteren, verbinden. (sfeer; welke verbinding wil ik) differentiëren.

Now CHOOSE between where your thinking comes closest A, B, C .

A more blaming-enthusiastic, focus. (atmosphere; what do I want to associate).

B more suspicious or curious, explore. (atmosphere; who am I, where do I stand) dissociate.

C reject more direction - accept, connect. (atmosphere; which connection do I want) to differentiate.

Thinking is the process that gives meaning to a situation.

For example, one person may think he is liked while another thinks they don't like him.

Thinking or getting an image also triggers a process of hormone formation.

Hormones that slow down or speed up.

Focused on digestion or metabolism or reproduction.

Hormones that influence all kinds of other things.

The term cognitive dissonance ( acting against your better judgment) is therefore often a reaction to unconscious images and thought patterns.

Here it means your pattern is not coherent and there are other thoughts or images that you may not be aware of.

It is not the reward but the meaning that an experience of happiness can give.

Beliefs are also in your thinking.

You can reexamine these thoughts from the third person.

As an outsider.

Is this thought really true.

How would you be with the opposite thought.

Do you like this or is it so.

Do you believe this thought.

Now ask your muscles if you unconsciously believe this thought yourself .....

Optionally you can do the hand test (page physical reaction) again and see if this thought also fits your body.

Keep your chin on the horizon and your eyes on the ground.

A thoughts give more high frequency brain waves (concentration).

C thoughts produce more low frequency brain waves (relaxation).

Does this thought fit the aforementioned emotion?

Sometimes you have touched on / in multiple emotions, but each emotion has its own matching thought.

And that thought determines the energy direction.

Try to get them all beating separately. Be critical your brain will always choose the most obvious prediction in the first instance.

And does that thinking then give understanding or an explanation .....

Short term memory works with 7.

7 letters, 7 words, 7 concepts.

Long-term memory works if you repeat after 24 hours, after 7 days, after 30 days.

Think of your thought processes as a library of librarians and archivists.

Only when the librarian takes a break can the archivist dive into the books.

So often take a break.

TAKE LUMMEL TIME.
