A pattern is a repetitive response to a situation, an unconscious habit.

That habit always consists of a physical reaction, thinking, emotion and behavior. These work together like cogwheels that mesh together ...

Based on that situation you have expectations and you also make unconscious predictions and estimates for yourself. Your unconscious does 95% of all your main work….

Experiences provide expectations that provide predictions (visualisations) about what you will live by.

You become who you think you are. So know what you think.

A problem pattern is about a situation where you have had to learn / do things too young or unprotected in not in full awareness.

You saved them "securely" because you could not handle the intensity of the emotion at the time.

That security can develop into resistance.

Depending on the strength of the emotion, you will do anything to avoid feeling it.

Calling up this memory is accompanied by pain, fear, anger or sadness.

There is a struggle between wanting to resolve / understand and not wanting to feel what you are feeling.

Positive experiences give positive predictions and negative experiences give negative predictions until you make them neutral by living / feeling them emotionally.

Then you can rationally edit and change them.

The energy of your pattern is directed outwards, directed inwards or it is energy for renewal.

To clarify the direction of your pattern you examine each part and the alignment of the parts with each other.

Here in this diagram, each part has been given a color and a letter to match the energy directions.

What is your emotion, where in your body do you react, what is your thinking, what do you do, when does that happen and they all have the same energy direction.

If you have different colors, something is wrong with your problem formulation or there is another emotion involved.

You can compare them with ebb / flow, prey / hunter, heads / tails.
