2nd Round Problem

If you want to solve 10 problems at the same time, you have 11 ...

You just can't.

An important condition is focus.

FOCUS.

What do you do first ...

Stuck?

Options;

1 Sometimes you don't want to work on your pattern at all, but you are much more concerned with the DEBT QUESTION.

Who is responsible for this ....

What is your responsibility ...

Is it your fault ... what can you do to make it right.

Is it the fault of the other ... What more do you want from the other ...

Then use this as a starting problem.

2 Sometimes you get stuck in the fact that you want to change it OTHERWISE.

Unfortunately .... that will not work. The speaking and doing of others may be the cause but never the cause of your feeling.

The other will only change if you change.

Look for what you have trouble with that other person.

Then use this as a starting problem.

3 Sometimes your problem provides a lot of ADVANTAGES .

You might get a lot of attention or support because you can't do something.

You don't have to do a tedious job or become a special person in the family because you "are".

It has become part of your identity.

Then use the disadvantages of this as a starting problem.

4 Sometimes your wish has to do with an ADDICTION.

Then describe what you experience when you have that experience of that use as a wish.

Your addiction is not your problem ... your addiction is how you deal with your problem.

Not that you get too much is a problem, but that you need it so much to deal with your problem .

When you are addicted, you could create help for yourself by helping someone else get rid of their addiction.

5 Sometimes a pattern is like a vortex that you just can't get out of.

Things seem complicated until you get them :)

Find someone you trust and discuss it, make CONTACT.

2nd round via "Do, Have, Be / Ben".

Sometimes....

When you experience yourself in your pattern from " Doing" it has a different impact than from " Having " or " Being / Be".

Just think about the difference between being naive and being naive.

When you experience pattern from "being / am", you probably are;

satisfied with your pattern, your pain age is very young (and there are still things unconscious)

or do you feel like a victim and you cannot take responsibility.

Looking from the third person creates options for choice.

"Are not. Being is what you are and what you unconsciously believe.

You hang your nose in the soup and can no longer smell it.

So at " Being / Be " be content to "Be" like that or seek support.

You can then learn to look at yourself together with someone.

With " Have " and " Do " your reflection capacity is greater because you can see from that third person.
