Sad-Satisfied

With sad / satisfied you can think of loss, grief, but also of something that did not work out, something that you lost.

Grief is a way of shaping loss.

A shortage that you cannot fill, scarcity, craving, rejected, depressed, bored or despised.

Disappointment an expectation that is not fulfilled.

But on the other hand it is also satisfied, pleasant, cozy, homely.

Loved and satisfied are also included.

take responsibility for your grief recharge or distance.

There are beautiful techniques that help to comfort yourself.

For example ;

1 Put your right hand under your left armpit (on your heart) and put your left hand on your right upper arm.

Or

Put your right hand on your forehead and your left hand on your chest. Hold this for a moment and then move your right hand to your stomach.

The hormones involved in this include Oxytocin and Serotonin.

It activates feelings such as satisfied, content, positive, relaxed.
