A vuist - jagen - presteren - competitie

B strakke hand - nieuw - gevaar - stress

C slappe hand - zorg - herstel - sociaal

Which physical reaction do you recognize.

Goosebumps feel different from hunger, but sexual drive may look a bit like performance urge.

What and where do you feel that more ... in your neck or in your knee.

And if you transfer that feeling to your hand ... is that a fist, a tense hand or a limp hand.

In evolution we have become more and more specialized.

Cells have started working together and have grown into clusters and systems and patterns that work together.

The systems that once worked very simply side by side have been completely interwoven in the course of development, but some we can still find.

For example Ectoderm, Mesoderm and Endoderm.

You can feel them with your hand.

Do the hand test.

If you express your problem, it will come closer to A a fist, B a tight hand or C a limp hand.

CHOOSE now where your problem belongs more

A fist - chase - perform

B tight hand - new - danger

C flabby hand - care - recovery

The heart pumps like the engine room that keeps the ship moving.

The endocrine system determines the course.

You build, your bone marrow and the bones say something about the kind of ship you are.

COMPLAINTS

Complaints can arise during a problem but also through the solution of a problem.

Because you have solved a problem, your body will work or clean up differently.

This can temporarily cause complaints.

So consider whether these symptoms are the firefighters who come to extinguish the fire (symptoms) or whether this is the real problem that needs to be addressed ...

A (psychological) problem also has physical consequences (and vice versa).

As an embryo, your body develops from three layers.

The A ectoderm, the B endoderm, the C mesoderm.

These three layers mix throughout the body during growth, but each has its own specialization.

Sometimes it is not immediately clear which layer is involved.

Yet your body responds to a problem from the layer that belongs to a particular problem.

A Squamous epithelium.

Just say the outside from mouth to butt.

The nerve-sense system with brain and skin (ectoderm).

Probably resides in the Thalamus.???(( (mototics and touch, protons / neurons ???)

In particular, carbohydrates are needed and neurons are involved.

Enhanced inhalation

This system is more or less electrical and at the cellular level the axon relieves the stimulus of the cell nucleus.

In your defense you often react here with your skin or your blood.

There is often a need for carbohydrates.

B Connective tissue.

Just say anything between those two other layers.

The bone and connective tissue (mesoderm).

Probably resides in the Hippocampus.??? (spatial orientation storage of info)

Gasping breath.

In particular, fat is needed for this.

This system is more or less hormonal and at the cellular level it is the myelin that protects and helps to transport the stimulus.

In your defense you often react here with your nose and lungs.

There is often a need for fats.

C Glandular tissue.

Just say the inside from mouth to butt.

The metabolism-digestion with all internal organs such as heart, kidneys and intestines (endoderm).

Probably resides in the amygdala.??? (emotions)

This requires in particular proteins and hormones involved.

Delayed exhalation

This system works more or less chemically and at the cellular level it is the dendrite that helps to get the stimulus to the cell nucleus.

In your defense you often react here with your stomach (acid) and intestines.

There is often a need for proteins.
